What are the side effects of melatonin?
I am going to start taking melatonin tonight for insomnia. What are the side affects? I have heard about nightmares how common is that? Also does it really affect your skin pigment or is that something else? (wouldn’t mind getting tanner 
) Any other side affects?
btw I’m starting off with just 1.5mg
Melatonin appears to be safe in Adults although it is possibly unsafe in children under 20.
With regard to tanning i also think maybe your thinking of Melanin not Melatonin-they sound the same.
