I have bad insomnia because I am afraid to go to sleep at night?
Ever since my fiance went to jail 2 weeks ago, I am having trouble going to sleep at night because while he is in jail, I sleep alone…I don’t like this…I already have mental health issues like depression, and separation anxiety…Funny thing is, I am also afraid to go to sleep at night when he is home…I am afraid that I will get murdered so i dont sleep…I live in an upstairs apartment…I am a vulnerable woman, so I stay awake until like 5 am then I sleep until noon, and then when night falls, I get paranoid, when it gets dark outside…I drink Christian Crank just so I dont have to go to sleep….Why? Hey, if Polly Klaas can get kidnapped in the middle of the night through her bedroom window, then murdered, so can we….I don’t want to die…I am a 28 year old disabled woman that wants to see her kids grow up….I’ve tried mental health counseling and it dont help…
